BBC Community Picnic will be held in the area next to the small pond on Saturday, September 4, 2010 with a rain date of Sunday September 5th. All unit owners and their guests are invited.

Just a reminder that owners who are installing new roofs must notify the Board of the color to obtain approval. The roof must be of the same type as was on the units when built. Standing seam
roofs are not permitted. The Board does not want identical color roofs on adjacent units.
