Bahamas Beach Cottages is a condominium community of Key West style homes located in Sussex County, Delaware near Bethany Beach, less than one mile from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. It is a secluded community of 74 homes with the decor of the Carribean. We are located off Kent Avenue at Freeport Boulevard adjacent to the Assawoman Canal.

We have tragically lost two of our owners in the past week, Mike Huber of 605 Hopetown Road suddenly at his home and
Patsy Parks of 621 Freeport Road in an auto accident. Our sympathy and best wishes go out to Cathy Huber and Ashley Parks on their loss.
