ANNUAL MEETING OF OWNERS

Our code of regulations requires us to have an annual meeting of owners. The 2011 meeting was held at the Cottage Café in Bethany Beach on May 14, 2011. There was a quorum of a majority of the owners by proxy and in attendance. This was not an election year for the Executive Board. We need the participation of the unit owners and their thoughtful comments and observations and suggestions for improving our community. Many owners were present in BBC but did not attend the meeting. We hope that next year's meeting will be better attended. If for some reason you cannot attend, please send in you proxy to Legum and Norman.

You will be formally notified by mail at least 30 days prior to next year's annual meeting which is scheduled for Saturday, May 5, 2012 and the first Saturday of May each year thereafter. The formal notification will include the time and place of the meeting.

The Delaware Code requires we have a meeting of owners to approve the budget for 2013. This meeting will be held Sunday, October 7, 2012, 11:00 AM, at Rick Shafer's home at 601 Arthurstown Road. All future budget meetings will be held on the first Sunday of October. You will be formally notified by mail at least 30 days prior to this meeting.
